Chocolate City Music has publicly accused Nigerian rapper Tochukwu “Odumodublvck” Ojogwu of a series of violent and intimidating actions against its employees and affiliated artists — allegations that have now escalated into formal legal threats.
According to a statement from the record label, Odumodublvck allegedly assaulted staff member Feyi Ajayi, head-butting him at the backstage area of the Rhythm Unplugged concert without provocation. When intervening security personnel attempted to restrain the situation, the label claims Odumodublvck’s associates poured drinks on the injured employee while loudly insulting the company’s leadership.
Ajayi is reported to be hospitalized and receiving treatment for his injuries, with Chocolate City asserting it will pursue all legal avenues to ensure accountability and safety for its team.
Allegations of Extended Intimidation and Harassment
The label’s statement goes beyond a single incident. Chocolate City claims Odumodublvck has engaged in a pattern of cyberbullying, stalking, and threats of violence directed at multiple artists and executives — including other Nigerian musicians such as Blaqbonez. It alleges that these actions have spanned across states and even international borders, sometimes involving physical confrontations and aggressive messaging.
This alleged pattern, the record label says, poses a serious threat to the safety and wellbeing of its entire roster and industry associates, prompting the organization to alert authorities and consider legal action to protect its members.
Odumodublvck Yet to Respond
As of publication, Odumodublvck has not issued any public response to the allegations leveled against him. A review of his social media channels shows no official statement addressing the claims.
